1. Digital Products

All products sold in our store are digital downloads (Blender add-ons). After purchase, access to the download is provided immediately.

EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days.

However, by completing a purchase and accessing the download, you expressly agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

2. Purchases in Our Store (blentiv.com)

2.1 Not Downloaded

If you purchased an add-on and have not downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2.2 Downloaded but Not Helpful

If you have downloaded the add-on and it does not provide meaningful value to your workflow, you may request a full refund within 30 days.

We kindly ask for a short explanation of why it did not work for you. This helps us improve the product, but your refund is not dependent on providing detailed justification.

2.3 How Refunds Work

• Submit your refund request through your order page.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased an add-on through a third-party marketplace (such as Gumroad, Superhive, or BlenderKit), the refund policy of that platform applies. Please contact the respective marketplace directly.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, repeated excessive refund requests, or clear misuse of our products.
